When will my goods be delivered?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of placement. Goods will arrive within 10-20 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier's capacity and the delivery location. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused by customs clearance, inspection, or carrier service issues.

How can I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net .

How much is your shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you cover in terms of delivery coverage?

We currently offer worldwide shipping. However, if your country is outside our delivery area, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. For more information about our delivery area, please contact us at service@cleryma.com.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can only change the shipping address before 11:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time, GMT-7) on the day of your order. For any changes, please contact us at service@cleryma.com.

Can I have the goods shipped to an address other than my credit card billing address?

Yes, it's possible.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped on normal business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

 

Some goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the rest will be manufactured and shipped directly from our factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
